Minimum stay
Minimum stay is usually 3 nights but there are exceptions. We are very flexible. It really depends on availability.

Rates include

• 5% Service Tax & 10% Govn’t. Tax.
• Transport to and from the airport.
• Fruit basket, drinks, and flowers to welcome you.
• Full breakfast the first day.
• Balinese breakfast (Balinese black rice pudding with grated coconut, fresh fruit salad, and tea or Bali coffee) throughout your stay.
• 7 Staff: a cook, 3 house staff, a driver, a gardener, and a night watchman.
• Use of secure lock boxes in the rooms.
• Use of fans and mosquito nets, if required.
• Exclusive use of the swimming pool and badminton/volleyball court.
• Use of 2 TVs, a laser disc player, a DVD player, a CD player, and a stereo.
• Use of a telephone/fax and intercom, as well as free local calls. (Phone cards can be purchased from staff or independently for long-distance calls.)

Please note:

• Guests with allergies are advised that the open nature of the house allows us to welcome our cats on the premise.
• Puri Bayu is not insured for guests. Although all care is taken, Puri Bayu accepts no responsibility for mishap or injury while guests are on the property.
• Infants and older responsible children are allowed but Puri Bayu is not suitable for active young children or the very elderly, given its location.
• There is no air conditioning in Puri Bayu; it is unnecessary in an open plan house in the cool hills of Ubud.
